It's an overnight event packed with adventure.  Early registrants can choose the limited indoor accommodations, or bring your own tent. Signups accepted only until May 2nd! New: Secret Agent Week-Long Day Camp: August 22-26. 2011: 2011 Guide  - Registration Forms - Med Form
Welcome to Cub Scout Secret Agent Day Camp! This new program will be unlike anything we have offered to Cub Scouts in the Gateway Area Council.  The camp will run the full week at Camp Decorah from 8:15am - 4:15pm the week of August 22-26, 2011. All Cub Scout age youth are invited to participate in the program.  The Secret Agent/Spy theme will encompass many learning opportunities, activities, crafts and games reinforcing Scout Skills including leadership and teamwork.  Cub Scouts will participate in activities involving the pool, Shooting Sports pavilion, Handicraft, and Nature Center.

We will be staffing this week-long endeavor with trained camp staff.   The cost per Scout (Agent) is $125, or an extended 2 hours of supervision each day (7:30am-5:30pm) for an additional $25 ($150 total).  Scouts may register individually, but Packs are encouraged to register together if they have multiple youth attending, so that we may group the youth together.

It might still be winter out there, but the Gateway Area Council Cub Scout Activities Committee is already gearing up for summer. For the 100th Anniversary of the Boy Scouts of America, we want to recognize or Cub Scouts who will be part of the next generation of Boy Scouts going into a new 100 years. In addition to our Cub Scout Day Camps and Night with the Loggers, we have a couple of resident camps this year.

Webelos Camp, August 1-4, 2010: 2010 Guide  - Registration Forms - Med Form
The well experienced Camp Decorah Summer Camp Staff is once again putting on a Webelos Camp designed just for 4th and 5th graders This years theme is Webelos in the Wild West

New: Cub Overnight Camp: August 5-8, 2010: 2010 Guide  - Registration Forms - Med Form
In addition to Webelos Camp, this year we are offering a brand new resident camp for all Cub Scouts called “Mom and Me, Dad and Lad Campout. Celebrating 80 Years of Cub Scouting.” This camp is a great chance for parents to experience Cub Scouting directly with their son by camping out at Camp Decorah for this 3 day, 3 night adventure. Just like Webelos Camp, the experienced Staff of Camp Decorah will be facilitating the event.
